The Dalai Lama Trust is delighted to welcome two new additions to our team. On Monday 7th Feb, our two new staff members joined us in their positions as janitors. This day was dedicated to an orientation which started off with a traditional offering of butter tea and snacks

Our secretary Mr. Jamphel Lhundup welcomed our new staff members with a tour of the various office spaces and introduced them to our current staff. He then explained the complete breadth of work undertaken in the Dalai Lama Library and Archive offices before briefing them about their particular responsibilities and the roles they will be stepping into. We are excited to be adding to our team and take this opportunity to welcome our new staff members. We look forward to continuing to preserve and promote His Holiness’ immense immense body of work as a team.
